Important Information Before You Proceed.

These terms describe the manner in which consultancy, communication, sessions, payments and reports are handled.

CONSULTANCY & SESSIONS

Sessions & Communication

  • Consultancy will be provided via voice and/or text.
  • You may call to hear explanation on analysis or solutions, but a time slot must be booked for voice, video or face-to-face sessions.
  • Face-to-face sessions can be held only at Abhi’s chosen specific public places in Kolkata (Old Name: Calcutta), India, or at Abhi’s location of residence at the time of the session.
  • Voice calls initiated by Abhi may be through the applicable telecommunication service or voice-over-internet service, including WhatsApp or Google Meet, unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT

Fees & Non-Refundability

  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • Fees are charged only after money and/or effort has been spent in the relevant consultancy process.
  • This includes construction of the horoscope chart using mathematical modelling, indigenous techniques, proprietary software and related communication expenses.
  • It also includes deriving predictions and/or solutions using the techniques, knowledge and software used for the consultancy.

TIMING

Analysis Takes Time.

  • Abhi does not provide instant analysis and predictions.
  • True analysis of astrological charts needs detailing and time.
  • Where internet communication does not allow clear communication during a scheduled voice session, the call may be rescheduled.

COMMUNICATION

Language of Communication

  • Communication will always be in English or Bengali, as preferred by the consultation seeker.

LEGAL

Legal Proceedings

  • Any legal proceedings arising out of a consultancy appointment will be processed through a court near the location of Abhi’s residence.
  • The client’s current material identifies Kolkata, West Bengal, India as the current residence.
  • If a different country of residence is stated in the reports delivered for a particular consultancy, the applicable court will be a local court near that residence.

VIDEO & FACE-TO-FACE

Separately Booked Sessions

  • All video calls are booked separately with reference to the relevant CORN.
  • All video calls are to be paid for in advance.
  • All face-to-face sessions are booked separately with reference to the relevant CORN.
  • Face-to-face sessions are to be paid for in advance.

REPORTS

Reports & Hard Copies

  • Reports are ordinarily provided as soft copies.
  • Printing and mailing of hard copies, if required, will attract additional charges according to prevailing service-provider rates.

CONSULTANCY RECORD

CORN Reference

  • The Consultancy Request Number (CORN) should be retained for reference throughout the relevant consultancy.
  • Additional booked sessions and related communication may be referenced against the relevant CORN.
